Bespoke Design
At the core of our business is a philosophy that every event is unique, and that this should be reflected in its technical production. We do not offer standard packages, rather we will ensure that every hire is tailored to the client’s exact requirements.
Our quotes are backed by detailed CAD renders, ensuring that our clients know exactly what they are paying for and everyone involved is on the same page about how the event will look well before the first vehicle arrives on site.
We are also happy to offer design, consulting, previsualisation and CAD drafting as stand-alone services.
Design is a two way process, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their input is heard and implemented at every stage.
Design starts with a consultation where we gather information on what you are trying to achieve. This includes gathering reference material and creating mood boards, site visits and working together to find inspiration.
From there we develop the concept, from rough sketches, through detailed modeling, to technical paperwork and finally, execution.
Design Process
CAD
We use industry standard CAD packages to produce models of our proposed designs, helping you to understand exactly what you are paying for. In an industry renowned for its impenetrable jargon, the clarity a picture brings is a valuable thing indeed.
We have a stock of pre-built components and venue models, to help this process go as quickly and easily as possible and can produce both still images and video flythroughs to help you more fully understand a space.
Paperwork
While less exciting than flashy renders, production paperwork is no less important. With the tight schedules that events operate on, it is key to make sure that everyone on site knows exactly what they are doing and how their work fits in with that of those around them.
Production paperwork includes technical drawings, equipment lists, rigging and power calculations and logistics schedules.
We will also produce the H&S paperwork needed to put your mind at ease, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
